1. Internet connectivity
If your internet connection is unstable, your stream may intermittently cut out.
Please try moving to a location where your connection is more reliable or change the method you're using to connect (such as switching your Wi-Fi router or cell carrier).
2. Your device's OS is out of date
Using the latest version of your OS with pixiv Sketch is recommended.
If your OS is an older version and you're having problems, please consider updating it.
3. Your app is out of date
If your app isn't the latest version, it's possible you won't be able to stream.
Please try updating from either the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
