If you're not receiving notifications or if you're receiving notifications even though you disabled them, please check the following.

・For Android users
"Settings" > "Apps & notifications" > "pixiv Sketch" > "Notifications" > and check the status of "Show notifications"
If you're not receiving notifications: turn on "Show notifications"
If you want to disable notifications: turn off "Show notifications"
If you're still receiving notifications after disabling them or you're not receiving them after enabling them, try logging out and logging back in to pixiv Sketch.
・For iOS users
"Settings" > "Notifications" > "pixiv Sketch" > and turn on/off "Allow notifications"
