Unfortunately, you cannot.
After several weeks have passed after deleting the account, the e-mail address associated with it can be used once more.
However, before a previously-used e-mail address can be registered once more, existing accounts on both pixiv and pixiv Sketch will need to be deleted.
Furthermore, you must first delete your pixiv Sketch account. You will not be able to delete your Sketch account if you have already deleted your pixiv account.
After several weeks, your account data will be completely removed from pixiv and you will be able to use the same e-mail address once more. (But you will not be able to use the same pixiv ID twice.)
After getting another account, please register once more with pixiv Sketch.
