If you can't delete your account, it may be caused by the following:
・You deleted your pixiv account first
・You have rewards remaining
If one of the latter two situations apply, please contact us if you'd like to delete your account anyway. Make sure to include:
1. The e-mail address you registered to pixiv with
2. Your account name (either your pixiv Sketch URL or your pixiv ID)
